Finnish Potatoes with Butter and Dill

2 1/2 lbs Harvest Haven yellow potatoes, cut into chunks

3 tbsp butter

1 1/2 tbsp minced dill

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a large pot over high heat, cover the potatoes with cold water. Bring the potatoes to a boil, and cook until tender, 10-15 minutes. The time will depend on the size of the potatoes: the smaller they are, the more quickly they will cook.

When the potatoes are tender, drain the water out of the pot. Add the butter and dill, and the salt and pepper to taste. Toss until evenly distributed and serve.
