Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Harvest Haven.
We want you to be happy with your purchase because our success depends on your satisfaction. With our diverse line of products, not all items have the same return policy. Of course, all manufacturers’ warranties are honoured.
If product needs to be returned, here’s what you need to do:
Contact Harvest Haven within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund. We’ll issue a return authorization number and instructions for packaging and shipping. (Certain exceptions apply. For example, HTE devices are 14 days.)
That’s it!
Your refund will be issued using the same method of payment you used on the original order.
Please note:
Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable and you must pay shipping charges for any return items.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, the shipping fees still apply.
