Fiesta Onion Salad

4 Harvest Haven sweet onions, sliced

1/3 c Harvest Haven honey

1/3 c water

1/3 c cider vinegar

1 c mayonnaise

1 tsp celery seed

Put honey, water and cider vinegar in a bowl. Stir until honey dissolves.

Pour over sliced onions. Let stand for three hours or overnight. Drain well.

Combine mayonnaise and celery seed. Stir into onions.

Serve.
