As everyone knows, it’s always an unpleasant experience when parties make an agreement and one party lives up to it while the other reneges, especially after receiving the benefits. Such conduct is offensive and potentially spoils the atmosphere for dealing in trust with others.

Eva Hemingway, real estate agent for Maxwell Canyon Creek of Calgary, Alberta, received delivery of goods from Harvest Haven and paid by cheque for her groceries and those of another trusting party, Mario Borowski. Harvest Haven misplaced the check, which was found after the expiration date. Despite repeated friendly attempts to reason with her, Eva has refused to pay. Now we’re alerting the public to her ways of doing business. (By the way, Mr. Borowski has always dealt in good faith with us – this is not his fault.)

Vegan Fictions Exposed

Here is an email exchange we had with a vegan who asked to be removed from our Harvest Haven Bulletin mail outs because we were advertising fresh chicken. While we don’t condemn vegans, we do disagree with vegan religion and philosophy. In this case, a vegan condemns us for “murdering sentient beings (read ‘persons’) who have equal rights to human beings.”
