Harvest Haven Potatoes

Enjoy the earthy goodness of this versatile staple – a complement to any meal.

Varieties available:

Agria: smooth skin and deep yellow flesh; great all-round potato with outstanding flavour; ideal for baking, frying, mashing and roasting; one of the tastiest French fry potatoes, moister than Russet; excellent for making Gnocchi.

Caribe: a traditional variety with amethyst hued skin and snow-white flesh; great tasting; a potato that can do it all: baking, boiling, mashing, roasting and in salad.

French Fingerling: truly gourmet heirloom variety; the creamy yellow flesh with just a touch of pink is succulent, firm and waxy and has a robust, earthy and buttery flavour when cooked; very versatile and superb regardless of preparation method; Don't peel! The tender, rosy pink skin enhances the eating experience.

German Butterball: heirloom variety that is the gold standard for potatoes; exceptionally tender, buttery yellow flesh packed with a wonderful, sublime moist flavour; the most versatile for every kind of preparation.

Linzer Delikatess: dainty, gourmet fingerling potato; delicate buttery flavour; light yellow flesh that stays firm when cooked, ideal for potato salad; originally from Austria.

Norland Red: this quintessential, all-round red potato has bright red skin and brillantly white flesh; traditional taste favorite; good for boiling, frying, roasting and French frying.

Russet: the premium baking and frying potato; has shallow eyes and cream colored flesh with remarkably good flavour; use for mashing, boiling and baking as well as what it's famous for, French Fries.

Russian Blue: a heritage potato with brilliant purple flesh that darkens when roasted; mild flavour with texture like a Russet, so great for baking, mashing, roasting, grilling, frying, and even chips; adds color to any meal.
