The juice remains fresh and retains its bright color for days because the cellular structure is not damaged. Hi Dena and Ingrid,
Just a short note to tell you how pleased we are with the Green Star Juicer. The bag of carrots are all used up.... we can't get enough of the carrot juice. I also used up "this and that" from the fridge and made myself some great green vegetable drinks that I just loved. I have fallen in love with my Green Star.....couldn't live without it now. I am anxious to get the pasta thing tested out.
