Harvest Haven Health - OUR MAGNETICO EXPERIENCES

Victor: An elderly couple, customers of Harvest Haven, who had enjoyed the benefits of using these mattresses, first recommended the Magnetico mattresses to us. After watching the video by Dr. Dean Bonlie, founder of Magnetico, I thought that if this product could do what was claimed, it was well worth looking into, not only for those with problems, but also for everyone. I first purchased a 10 gauss mattress for trial (there are three strengths, 5, 10 and 20 gauss).

Within a week, I began to feel really tired, weak and somewhat depressed. Having experience in alternative health, I comfortably suspected that this was nothing more than an adjustment for good, a detoxing perhaps. (Some who are not familiar with natural health therapies might quit what they are doing at the onset of discomfort when they should be persevering instead, seeing it through.) I called Dr. Bonlie, telling him my symptoms. He said it was normal to experience those symptoms, as many people detox using the mattresses. He also asked me if I had amalgams (mercury fillings). I told him I had just had a dozen taken out recently.

“There’s your problem,” he said. “When you have amalgams taken out, heavy metals are released into the body, and you need to get those out, because with the extra magnetic energy, the cells now have the strength to expel those heavy metals, but they then go to the bloodstream and from there to your organs, like your brain. That is why you are experiencing those symptoms. We get this report all the time. Because these mattresses dislodge heavy metals from the cells to the bloodstream, we are constantly faced with removing those from the body any way we can. You need to get them out. Mercury is a highly toxic and harmful substance.”

Dr. Bonlie then recommended DMSA, a sulphur compound, which, he said, was the best thing they have found over the years for removing heavy metals in a prompt manner. Because it is not a natural product, one must decide what is best. Upon researching, I decided I would take the natural route, howbeit longer and slower. However, Dr. Bonlie told me that only DMSA would remove mercury from the brain. Since I wanted the natural route, he suggested Vitamin C, Kyolic garlic and Super Chlorella. Knowing that organic strawberries are not only high in C but are a whole food with much more power than Vitamin C, and we have them in stock, frozen, I opted for strawberries. Knowing also that fresh, unprocessed organic garlic, which we have in stock, is far more potent than processed, and seeing that I am not always out in public, though my wife and son have to put up with me, I opted for the fresh. As for the Super Chlorella, we carry a product that, we are informed, is more potent, does more, is less expensive, and gives one significant nutrition and energy; that being E3 Live, which I have been taking. (At the moment, we are investigating the quality of E3 Live further, and comparing it to another product. We will keep you posted.) I am also taking cilantro, an herb we carry, well known for removing heavy metals.

Within a week or two, my symptoms of fatigue and depression began to subside significantly, but then I had another symptom. Having seriously injured my knee in 1971 (35 years ago), and having my other knee hyper-extended (which my physiotherapist was saying would give me more trouble in later age than the injured one), I was suddenly having so much pain that I could no longer take my 2.3 K (1 and 1/2 mile) walks, to which I was accustomed. The pain was too great, bothering me both night and day. I had been taking my walks without the discomfort until the mattress. I suspected something more was developing in the way of a healing process. I cut back about 80% on my walking, and within weeks, my legs were back to “normal.” I was back to walking the usual, without the discomfort. In listening to Dr. Bonlie’s audiotape, I discovered that his unipolar magnetism actually works on old injuries as well as new (and even better on old ones for some reason) and actually generates new nerve growth. (There are other famous magnetic products on the market, like Nikken, without the same benefits but with significant long-term problems because they are bipolar. Beware.) My legs are now better, and if things progress, they will be much better. What a wonderful thing, that old injuries can be naturally repaired!

However, I had developed a third symptom. A large red patch appeared under my left arm, in the pit, and a smaller one under my right, about a ¼ of the size. In about a week, the red turned to brown. I called Dr. Bonlie (who is always available and willing to advise) and he said, “Do you know what that is? Have you used antiperspirants in the past?” I replied, “Years ago, I had been using them for decades…Secret.” He said, “What is happening is that the magnetism is expelling the pollutants from those antiperspirants that have been locked up in your cells. Those patches should disappear in a while. Drink lots of water.”

But I asked him, “Why is it that there is so much red under one arm and not so much under the other?” He replied, “That is because one arm had better circulation than the other (which I knew to be true in my case). The one with better circulation was not absorbing and retaining the chemicals from the deodorants as much. With poorer circulation, the skin will absorb more while with better circulation, it will be more able to repel or reject the chemicals.” I knew that my right arm had better circulation, hence the less color because fewer chemicals. I was convinced that this mattress was doing me significant good.

With these kinds of results, I then decided to try a doubly powerful, 20 gauss mattress. In some cases, more is not necessarily better, but Dr. Bonlie tells me not so in this case. Upon using the 20 gauss, I experienced renewed fatigue and depression, which have also subsided after a month or so, while I have continued to use the nutritional inputs on and off as my body dictates. My legs also increased again in discomfort but are now almost normal, despite my regular walking. Though my underarm patches had disappeared, they again reappeared and now are gone again. So the question that begs to be asked is, “If there was such a thing as say, a 50 gauss mattress, would I have renewed symptoms and reach still higher levels of healing?” According to Dr. Bonlie, that is so.

I am finding that my fatigue and depression come in waves now while I continue on the strawberries, garlic, E3 Live and cilantro, but with diminishing duration and intensity. I have little doubt that this mattress is doing me a lot of good.

This entry is weeks later: I am finding better memory and word recall. I cannot say that it is the mattress or what I am taking to remove heavy metals.

This entry about one year later (Jan. 2007): No depression, no sluggishness, no discomfort in my legs and no patches under my arms. I am feeling great. And the bed always feels more comfortable with the magnetic mattress than without. When away, I am thankful to be back to my bed.

My aunt, Lois, has used a 10 gauss mattress, and within 2 weeks of using it, her carpal tunnel is gone. She has not used the mattress for 2 weeks now and the pain has not returned. Ingrid, who also lives at the farm, has had recurring spasmodic pains in her lower back that she says are like labor pains. One day, when the pains came on, we prayed and asked God for healing. She immediately sat down on the 20 gauss mattress we have in the store and in half an hour the pain was completely gone.

Lois: I injured my shoulder this spring and decided to try the Magnetico mattress pad to see if it would help. For the first week on the mattress, the pain was severe. I chose to keep using the mattress because pain is often part of the healing process. After one week, the pain was gone and my shoulder was much better. It healed faster than expected.

I broke my right wrist [years ago] and the left wrist was used for the anesthetic. This caused nerve damage in my left arm, and I ended up suffering with carpal tunnel syndrome for many years. After sleeping on the Magnetico mattress pad for two weeks, the carpal tunnel is gone.

When I sleep on the Magnetico pad, there is a comfortable calming feeling and I am able to fall asleep quicker and feel more rested. Without the Magnetico, the regular mattress feels harsh.

Sara: I had orthodontic work done on my teeth and jaws throughout my childhood and wore braces for four of my teenage years. The first three years of braces were not bad, besides the typical discomforts, but the last year was hellish. My lips and cheeks, it seemed, became allergic to the braces, as every brace on each tooth caused a canker sore. I had a canker sore corresponding with every tooth in my mouth for a whole year. When I had the braces taken off, the pain in my cheeks and lips went away because the irritants had been removed, although the shadows of the old injuries remained as scar tissue.

About three weeks after I had begun to use the Magnetico mattress, I had a couple of days where I felt like I was wearing braces again! The sores, which I had believed to be healed, revived and pulsed as if once again irritated. It was a puzzling thing to me, because I had not felt pain from those sores for the ten years since I had the braces removed.

I did not connect the dots until I mentioned my experience to Paul, and he said, “It is the Magnetico.” Upon thinking about it, I knew it had to be true, for there was nothing else that I was doing differently, and I knew about some of what Victor was experiencing with his mattress. I expect this is a very good thing, getting to the root of what could create problems later in life, if not now.

Besides dealing with old injuries, I have noticed a sense of getting out of bed in the morning refreshed and with energy, even if I have had little sleep. I have also noticed that after pushing myself, and straining muscles, I did not hurt the next day at all, when I know that I would have been suffering otherwise. There is a sense of gentleness in going to sleep that I had not experienced before.
