Dairy products are an important part of a balanced diet. That is why high quality and good flavour are essential for enjoyable eating.

At Harvest Haven we have what you need.

Vital Green Farms organic dairy products are low-temperature pasteurized and non-homogenized. Non- homogenized means it is in its natural state with the cream on top, just like in “the old days.” The yogurt is made with certified organic whole milk and active bacterial culture making it a flavourful probiotic.  

We also carry a wide variety of organic cheeses some of which are made from raw milk. Cheddar to Feta, Gruyere to Swiss – we have a cheese for everyone and every occasion.

Milk production and consumption are areas of much controversy.
